Stage 2: Community Hub – Community Priorities Survey
Work has started on the first stage of our four-stage development to adopt the European model of multi-generational care and community interaction on our site in Isaacs Avenue.
Stage 2
Work has started on the first stage of Yackandandah Health’s four-stage development to adopt the European model of multi-generational care and community interaction on the existing site in Isaacs Avenue.
Stage 2 is the development of a Community Hub that can host a variety of health and wellbeing services and activities.
In March we consulted the community and received many ideas about the types of health and wellbeing services you would like to see offered locally. Now we invite you to prioritise the feedback to help shape plans for this stage.
The Community Hub vision is for a space that can be used by aged care residents and the public to facilitate wellbeing and community interaction. As well as providing space for current services, it may provide areas for new services, a café, a home for community groups and meeting rooms.
The top priorities, as rated by the community, will be used by the Committee of Management to shape the initial concept plan.
Please complete this short survey and share the survey with others who may be interested. The survey will close on 5 December.
We are offering three $50 vouchers for purchases at YCD Co as prizes. Winners will be drawn at random.
Thank you for taking part.
